Contrary to popular belief, people DO live in Addison, Texas. There are single family, zero lot homes in the Grand Addison subdivision, located south of Les Lacs Drive. There are two entrances into the community, Beau Park and Brookwood, off Les Lacs. The community is quiet, yet close to the hustle and bustle of restaurant row, shopping, entertainment and major highways.

These garden homes were built between 1993 and 1996 and range in size from 1,574 square feet to 2,941 square feet. The homes are one or two-story and all have a front entry garage unless they are on a corner. The majority of the homes have three bedrooms, but there are some two bedroom and some four bedroom garden homes in Grand Addison.
One of Addison's two dog parks is located just south of the Grand Addison subdivision and Addison is pet-friendly.
