My Neighborhood is the Plum Pick?!  In my waterfront North Kingstown neighborhood, buyers cruise around Walk to water North Kingstown RI real estatetrying to find the next Rhode Island real estate buy.  Being in a waterfront neighborhood that has one way in and one way out, buyers end up there and go wow…look at the coast!  It is a surprise find in a North Kingstown neighborhood.

 Narragansett Bay is smack right in front of any drivers view as they come into this North Kingstown neighborhood.  A buyer looking for small, medium and large homes can find a home within walking distance of the water and beach here.  So this neighborhood is the plum pick of neighborhoods for affordability and especially if you enjoy waterfront activities...say clamming, swimming, boating or fishing.

So the other morning there was a knock at the door and a gentleman asked me if I was a North Kingstown realtor?

No tell tale signs visible but Yes, I said, I am.  Well one of your neighbors directed me and my wife (who is sitting in their car) to your house as we drove around the neighborhood.  Oh?  Yes, we want to buy a little house around here and a fixer upper will do if we can get it close to the water.

Well you came to the right woman because I am the North Kingstown neighborhood Realtor with the sparkly red shoes.  Well this neighborhood is our plum pick of choices he said.  We have a boat at the harbor and travel an hour to use it every weekend.

This couple have been looking for a couple of months but nothing has surfaced that had potential for them in walk to water North Kingstown real estate .

Well there may be North Kingstown real estate coming on the market within the next several months that may interest this couple who enjoy boating and the waterfront so we will stay in touch.  It is great when neighbors (and now I need to find out who it was) recommend you to real estate buyers!  This couple have that 'perfect plum' in their vision and went right to the Realtor source to find what they want.

So staying in touch with your neighbors via marketing is and has been a worthwhile source of leads for me in North Kingstown real estate!  It does help to really like the neighborhood you live in too.  My Neighborhood is the Plum Pick?!
