One of the many attractions of living in and near Sarasota, Florida is the annual Suncoast Super Boat Grand Prix Race and Festival.
Held offshore in Sarasota at the beginning of July, this boat race is one of the most highly anticipated and exciting events of the year.

Thanks for all the pictures from the races and I am sure you had a great time. I was unaware of this event and I will have to ask my step-son who is a sailor and follows these sports.
Some really great photos of the races William, must have been neat seeing the action from above.

We were of the same mind today; I just posted how I would have rather have been sailing today than facing all the closing problems LOl I guess that is ok better than being bored!
