This weeks market report for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas from Mission Viejo Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 2.0 percent, for new homes it is up 4.5 percent and for resale condos up 10.4 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 21.4 percent and up 11.2 percent on condos and down 22.6 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 7.7 percent and the sales volume is up 35.3 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 9.9 percent and the sales volume is up 37.9 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are down 0.0 percent and the sales volume is up 25.6 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 3.9 percent and the sales volume is up 31.2 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 29.2 percent and the sales volume is up 6.2 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 28.3 percent and the sales volume is up 28.6 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 0.0 percent and the sales volume is up 6.1 percent.
We really do need to look at the change in the market up 2% resale home prices up 21.4% for the price and new homes the only negative number for the county at 22.6% off. If you were waiting for the bottom it came and went about 3 months ago. Infact if you were thinking about selling now you are getting much more for the home and the whole market is moving rappidly to a big seller's market.
