This year I have helped people buy their first home using a USDA 100% financing program. You do not need to be a first time home buyer. With this type of loan the property has to be eligible. Check the USDA Website to see if the area you want to live in qualifies. It also goes by income. With any loans you will need income verification, credit check, and taxes you filed. The mortgage process requires tons of documents but please remember they want to assure that you can afford the home you are trying to buy. Plan ahead for a 60-90 days settlement.
