The week of October 6th is 2012 Fire Prevention Week At The South Fire District Fire House on Randolph Road in Middletown, CT. The theme this year is "Have 2 Ways Out!"
The Fire House will be having an Open House on the 6th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and it is a great time to take the whole family for a tour of the Fire House and get Fire Prevention and Safety Tips. A fire is something that the whole family needs to know what to do in, and the tips that will be given may just be the differences in preventing a tragedy. Plus kids young and old love fire trucks, and this is the perfect time to get up close to one.
