HAVE A GREAT WEEK & CHECK FOR THAT STUFF IN YOUR TEETH!
Have you ever felt like you did a great job with a listing appointment and were rocking it completely only to get back in the car and notice that you had something in your teeth?
Have you ever discovered that you were wearing two different earrings, two different socks or shoes?
Have you ever experienced wearing what you thought were two black articles of clothing but got out into the sun and sadly see that the colors don't match?
Toilet paper on the shoe? Bottom of skirt caught in pantyhose? The dreaded little "something" in your nose! So many of life's little embarrassing things!
These are just of the few little details that can make a difference for your professional image. Sadly, I have experienced all of the fashion faux pas myself. It is never a good feeling to realized that you had been parading around all day only to discover to your horror of the imagine disaster!
So how do I combat this malady? Here are THREE easy tips:
1. Check your outfit BEFORE you leave for the day. Go out into the natural light to expose any goof ball fashion mistakes
2. Look at your teeth in the mirror to make sure that little piece of pepper or broccoli is not lurking in your pearly whites.
3. Lay out your clothes the night before including all accessories such as shoes, socks, belts and jewelry.
If you discover that you have experienced a goof ball move, LAUGH IT OFF! No harm done yet can be very embarrassing. The best of friends will always tell you if something is amiss with your outfit.
Life happens so take a minute to avoid these not-so-fun events! Have a great week and check for that stuff in your teeth!
