Do your customers and clients think it's sound business to do business with you?real estate coach

How do you establish a relationship of trust where people know it's good business to do business with you. It's easy if you will follow these two simple but important rules.

Rule #1. Under-promise and over deliver. Don't build your people up with unrealistic expectations just to let them down later when those expectations aren't met. Instead create moderate expectations and then perform above those expectations.

Rule #2. Always do what you say you are going to do when you say you are going to do it. If you tell your customers you are going to call at a certain time, call at that time. If you tell your customers you are doing to perform some function on a certain day, make sure you do it.

Excuses will not make up for violating rules 1 and 2. You either do or you don't, it's that simple.

Thought for today: Your actions are speaking so loud people can't hear your words!

Have a productive day.

Exactly Bill!! I've prescribed by those 2 principles since my first day in business and it works.  Most importantly, it works because I MEAN IT. It's a genuine approach. I always tell people that my goal is to run into me in the supermarket and have them not want to run the other way!  :-)
