Howdy Big Tex! The Addison Pacesetters Are Coming to See You at the State Fair of Texas.
The great State Fair of Texas in Dallas is underway for the 2012 run and Big Tex will be there to greet the Addison Pacesetters, a group of Addison, Texas residents 50+ years of age.
We're going "green" again this year and taking the Dart train to the fairgrounds. Meet at the ticket booth at the Beltline/Downtown Carrollton station on Thursday, October 11th, no later than 9:30 am and we'll ride the train downtown together. The return is scheduled for 3:00 pm.
Reserve your place with Deena at the Addison Athletic Club. Come hungry and wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing!
The DART ride is $2 for seniors and on Thursdays the State Fair is open to seniors for FREE!
