This Roseville sale with Bank of America closed today!  348 Princeton Court is a great East Roseville home located in The Villages.  I'm a big fan of this part of East Roseville.  The area has a great feel to it and it's more affordabley priced than other neighborhoods in East Roseville.  This Roseville short sale sold for $278,000 and it was a 4 bedroom!

I've worked with practically every short sale lender but Bank of America short sales are probably my favorite.  I've sold over 100 short sales and REOs with BofA and although their short sale process is constantly evolving, I find them the most organized and efficient lender to work with.  I usually get short sale approvals within 30-60 days from when we find a buyer. 

This year, short sales account for 32% of all sales in Roseville, 95661.  In most cases, they are the best way to come out of a property where you owe more than the house is worth.  However, they are very different than traditional sales in the way the are negotiated behind the scenes.  If you are considering selling your Roseville home as a short sale, make sure you talk to a Roseville real estate agent who specializes in short sales.  Using an agent who mainly sells traditional sales or bank owned properties will risk your Roseville short sale getting approved because they will be trying to learn as they go.  Short sales are a different ball game!
