Have you ever had to deal with Gout?

I hope you answered NO!

Yesterday morning I suddenly had excruciating pain in my right foot.  It is like having someone assault your feet and ankles with a series of Ice picks!  Pleasant thought! Even more pleasant to experience (NOT!)

No one seems to be quite sure what causes it.  Most physicians think it is from a build up of Uric acid.

Others feel that it is from a fungus.

Having had other health issues that were fungal related,  we attacked the symptoms with a Vengence.  I had eaten several things during the previous two days which have been no no's in my diet for the past three years.  Could it be?

I immediately took a tablespoon of Raw Apple Cider vinegar two times during the day and everything I ate contained anti fungal properties.  Oatmeal,  adding large quantities of garlic and onions to the spinach we had for lunch and having blueberries with dinner were in addition to the oil of oregano supplements plus curcumin and ginger and of course organic black cherry with no sugar.

In addition to changes in the food,  I rubbed the offending foot with Vicks vaporub and put the foot in a wool sock.  Several sessions using a heating pad were also utilized.

By the time I went to bed last night the ice picks had disappeared!  No sign of them today either. Praise God!

I am not a doctor ... I did not have time to go see one.  My healing was a result of the old idea of letting your food be your medicine.  Something about need.  

Be assured that I will be watching what I eat from now on,  and being sure not to feed the fungus again!

Gout can be a serious issue but in our case we have found that natural remedies work faster and better than medical remedies
