If you haven't heard: There's a new 30 Day Challenge Coming Up
In addition to your normal real estate related posts throw in a few of these:
- Thanksgiving Traditions - Share your family traditions with your readers.
- Story of Your Favorite Thanksgiving Memory
- Choose a way to Pay it Forward in your community and share your PIF story.
- Share someone else’s Pay it Forward story.
- Interview your local food shelter and write a story about their needs or how they are serving your community.
- Do a fundraiser for your local food shelter and write a weekly report on how the food drive is going, taking photos of willing donors and quoting their thoughts on participating.
- Write a Business Spotlight Blog on your favorite Small Business.
- Visit a local museum, write a story about your visit.
- Visit a local park, share what is special about that park.
- Pick some people in your community who are not normally featured, but certainly deserve it, and write a post(s) about the FACES of Your City. (The Volunteer Fire Chief, the local hairdresser who volunteers her services for indigent residents at nursing homes, the soup kitchen volunteers...)
- Visit your local animal shelter and feature a pet and or a volunteer of the week.
- Visit a local college and do a photo blog showcasing special places on campus. Explaining what is in the photo and what makes it special. ie: The Austin College building on the campus of SHSU was the original Austin College that is now located in Sherman, Texas.
- Google the Historical Markers in your town, and select some to visit and write about what makes them special.
- Visit your local private schools, snap a photograph and write a blog featuring the Private School Options for “Your City”
- Visit local campgrounds and write a blog featuring Your City Campgrounds.
- If you have a lake, do a series on the local marinas.
- Feature your local golf course(s).
- Feature your local botanical garden, water garden, etc.
- Highlight a local play at your community theatre, high school, or college.
- Feature your favorite “Out For a Sunday Drive” - Day Trip.
Mixed in with your market reports, featured subdivisions, just listed, just sold, buying tips, selling tips, and everything else REAL ESTATE -- You’ll have your 30 day challenge knocked out!
