20 Comments on Racing down the road at 88 in a 55 Mile an Hour Zone! Oh my!
:)
Wanda -- I was wondering how you could have gotten to 88 in a 55 zone -- and your explanation is fantastic. For most of us, the analog speedometer gives us both readings. You just ran into one of those problems with the digital readouts. Glad things weren't as bad as you thought.
Hey Wanda, That is so funny. I guess I did that one time also but that was on a rental car that someone had it set for kilometers. Havbe a great day!
OMG Wanda - now that's a good story! Must of scared the bajeebers out of you - but clearly not the clients! You are one cool cookie!
Liz and Bill, 8>O then :) whew!
Steven, It was the first time meeting these clients and I had to make a good first impression. I managed to Keep it COOL!
Will, At this point in my life, I am not sure I can relate to the metric system...no driving in Europe for me I guess!
Anna, Talk about PANIC ATTACK! But to them, just another FUN day of looking at potential homes on the list...! Haha!
Wanda, you are sooo funny! Best entry that I have read in quite awhile. Good luck.
Thanks Mary! Viewing homes can be very exciting at times!
Wanda-That is hilarious. Your Halloween profile looks like you were in the 88 miles an hour car for real. You look a little surprised.
Sharon, If only they could have seen my face right then...it probably looked pretty close!
Wanda
See that Wanda you didn't have slow good just change the setting, We all have moments like that.
Have a great Halloween with the family.
Good luck and success.

So Wanda, what's the problem with going 88 mph? The speedometer goes up to 140 on my car. It's cruising speed in some parts of the country
More technology to mess with our lives! I can see where it may alarm you!
Glad to know I'm not alone Lou! Enjoy your evening.
Haha! I lack the need for speed Ed! Can I get a bawk! Bawk!
Bill, So true! I had no idea it was even there!
I can see that happening to me Wanda! It definitely will make your heart race and go into full panic for a few minutes.
LOL, that is what you get for having one of those fancy cars with digital displays! ;-)
My old-time speedometer doesn't have that problem......
Gabe, Oh yes!
Than, Haha! I know right?!
I can see where you would be shaken a bit for a second when looking at the numbers.
Vern, I SURE WAS until realizing that I was taking a leisurely drive once I slowed waaaaaaaaaay down!
That sounds like something I would've done. I would've needed a breather too.
Chris Ann, So glad I can laugh about it! My clients tell the story to others now...
