Easton is still a Seller’s Market with 13.6 months of inventory (the 12 month figure is used for Absorption Analysis). The market trends were headed in a very positive direction throughout the Spring market, but the gains have not been sustained. Over the past three months both prices and number of sales have retreated. As you can see from the chart below, inventory is back up again and is higher than the same time last year.
In retrospect, it looks like Easton’s real estate market hit bottom in Q1 2012, but the recovery that was underway looks uncertain.
