When it comes to Social Media, Tech stuff, Googgle +1, and blogging information, Houston Home Staging has never been 'the source' for up-to-date information! As an example, I just spent twenty minutes writing this particular blog. I posted it, and then got so excited I wanted to post another blog on the topic. In my haste, I deleted the first blog, and am now assuming that I've regained enough composure (i.e. I've stopped screaming at the computer) to enlighten everyone on this wonderful thing called Pinterest!
Our friend Melissa Marro is always a great, great resource for cutting edge stuff that will aid us in our SEO stuff, and it was her recent blogs on Google +1 that set many things in motion! Mucho thanks Melissa!
Anyway, www.har.com is the online source for Houston Real Estate. Imagine my surprise when I glanced at one of my newest staging projects to find the Pinterest button at the top of the picture! Huh? What? Do you mean...?
Yup, I can now post and promote ALL of my listings and stagings by using the photographs posted on HAR.com. Our clients always maximize their staging investment by utilizing professional photographers, but sometimes we don't have access to those photos for use in our Houston Home Staging Marketing program!
We've never posted before and after photos of our clients lived-in staging projects. We wouldn't want people to see our own home in before (i.e. slovenly, but well decorated) state, and we kind of figured our clients didn't want to be embarassed either. Now, we boast about the collaborative efforts of Client, Realtor, Stager, and Photographer by 'pinning' the listing's photographs on Pinterest!
