I just closed on my listing at 2665 SE 2nd St, Pompano Beach. It is a 3/2 pool home with a pool and many uogrades and just a 10 minutes walk to the beach on the west side of the intracoastal waterway. It was listed for $399,000 and closed for $360,000. It was under contract in just over a week.
We ran into trouble when the appraisal came in significantly below the contract price. This is not unusual these days. After some back and forth we negotiated a compromise somewhere in the middle meaning the buyer had to come up with more cash to close.
