Real Estate Agent with LISTINGLIGHT

We need help from the agents that have mutiple listings and are highly successful at differntiating themselves. As the inventor of the LISTINGLIGHT, a night light for real estate signs I need help in getting my message out? We have been to dozens of trade shows, email blasts, preferred vendors of Prudential, Star Power, Keller Williams, Exit Realty and California Associaition of Realtors Membership Awards Program. Agents who are using our product get great feedback from their sellers and are selling their homes faster. We're getting a lot of repeat business but something is missing? We've sold close to 20,000 units in less than two years but thats such a small number with the number of houses for sale! Can anyone out there give us some marketing tips on how to target you better? What type of message can we send that will earn your business or a least make you try the product. I'm offering 15% off to any Active Rain memebers all they have to do is call me at 858-525-1255 or go online and put Active Rain in the promo code.We also are looking for investors and distributors so if you'd like to invest or make some extra money on the side please call me!

Thanks for your help,

Bob

IT IS A WONDERFUL IDEA. I HAVE SEEN SOMETHING SIMILAR SOME TIME AGO. I EVEN MADE A SPOTLIGHT FOR ONE OF MY SIGNS A WHILE BACK TOO. IT MAKES SENSE.

Hi Steve,

It does have high powered leds and solar is not bright enough at this time. We tried but the competitors that tried are getting a lot of complaints especially after a snowfall and the lights don't work. Listinglights are brighter and more reliable. Thanks for your feedback.
