The last months of the year are typically slower but this year (possibly because it's an election year) we've seen a lot of great action in the Orange County real estate market.
3464 Golden Poppy Way in Yorba Linda was one of the many closings we had last month. The 5 bed/3 bath home in the beautiful Vista Del Verde Golf Community was a short sale. The home was listed by Diana Rochelle of Century 21 Discovery. Our own Helen Swanson at Re/Max NOC represented the buyer!
The property is over 3,300 sqft and was built in 2002. The official closing was on 11/30/12 and closed at $700,000.
