So, Are You a Techno Blogger yet?

Is your Realtor just a Realtor? Is your Realtor a ActiveRain.com member blogger? Or, is your Realtor a Techno Blogger Realtor on ActiveRain or another blog site? Are you a home buyer or seller who is a techno blogger?

Clearly the value of blogging for business and personal is the new trend in all facets of individual and corporate marketing, promotions, and personal communication. Check out nearly any business website and personal profile site and see if there's a blog or "rate me" section.

Why blog? Blogs adds content and shares bits of information to consumers, family, and friends. [Strangers too! So, becareful what you blog! If you have children, PLEASE oversee their internet usage on a weekly basis.] 

Friends, family, us - you and me, and others are all consumers for goods and services. Of course, my main consumership is Home Buyers and Sellers in Corpus Christi to Padre Island to Port Aransas, Texas. Yahoo!

Now the thing that differentiates me from other Realtors in my area and nearly across the country is that I video blog. I'm The VideoRealtor on www.CorpusTV.com. and founder of VideoRealtors Group on ActiveRain.com users group. Yup, I upload video content to my blogs to add to consumers visual perception and eventual buy or sell motivation. Why do I video blog? I do that because most people like to see, hear, smell, touch, and feel for full satisfaction effort. So, I'm trying to cover many bases as possible with the videos. Another main reason is because it helps my marketing on search engine results on Yahoo and Google come up higher and quicker. The small picture (an avatar) that come up on the search results makes my entry in the kazillion website contents more appealing to searchers for real estate, homes, and rentals. Here are examples of search results:
