New Tolls in effect for New York New Jersey Crossings

Sorry folks but as of December 2nd, 2012 these are the new rates, see chart below in the link.

We hear a lot about “Fairness” in the news today, we who need to use these crossings on a daily commute, are wondering just how fair this is. Anyway, if you are coming over any of these connections, check the rates for your car before you head on out.

If you are a regular EZ pass user, you may not even be aware of the increase.

It's it's it's hi hi HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I am soooo glad I moved from NY. One of my trucks was in NY doing repairs and replacing cable that had been destroyed by "Sandy". They charged the $60 every time they had to cross the bridges yet they gave the state & feds a pass. Gee I wonder what the repairs would have been like had the independent contractors not been there to do a good chunk of the work.
