Doylestown township, Bucks County, Real estate market report, November 2012

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Doylestown township in November 2012.

I looked for residential listings sold in November . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 17  homes that settled in November 2012.

The average original list price was $ 306,035.

The average last list price was $297,412

The average sale price was $285,665

Highest sale price was $720,000

The lowest sale price was $48,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 102

The average settled price to original price ratio 92.53 %

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 96.03%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
