Just Laugh – Find something that will make you laugh. Call someone, watch a funny movie, or just sit down and stroll down funny memory lane.
Take it Outside – Get out. Take the time to enjoy your surroundings. Fresh air will also help alter your mood. Fresh air can be so healing and so purifying.
Take some quiet time – If your day is really bad, being alone in a quiet place may work for you. Take a walk during your break or consider going home early.
Tell others – Tell the people around you that you are not having a good day. If you act irritated and moody, they will understand and may leave you alone. Just simply tell them that you are in a sour mood and apologize in advance in case you may irritate them too.
This will pass - You’ve been in a bad mood before. It passed. So will this one. It’s no big deal.
