Pennsylvania Real Estate License requirements:

18 years old
Complete 30 hour Fundamentals class
Complete 30 hour Practice class
Pass Pennsylvania Real Estate exam

Fundamentals class January 12, 13, 26, 27

Practice class Feburary 9, 10, 23, 24

Cost $178

Time 9:00 -4:30

Location: EBCO Park 2820 W. 21st Street Erie, PA 16506
