Rising rent payments make homes more affordable
Paulding County Home Rents Will Keep Rising!
Rents are forecasted to rise nationally 4.6 percent in 2013, and that’s following a 4.1 percent increase in 2012, according to the National Association of REALTORS®. Many renters have decided to become first-time home buyers because home rents will keep rising. These new homeowners intend to live in their homes longer; the expected length of stay is about 11 and a half years; and they want a house they can “grow into” not a home they will quickly grow out of. First time buyers are taking advantage of housing deals and mortgages with historically low rates. Some lenders even allow home renovations to be rolled into the loan so first-time homebuyers can get their dream home now, rather than wait until later!
