You see, On occasion I still keep my feet wet for some of my old time clients and this morning I was asked to help with a lease on a small store in a strip mall out in Long Island...
well goodness gracious imagine my surprise when Rocky Raccoon dropped in from the ceiling to pay me a visit...
I mean really....you cant make these stories up...but the critter looks so cute
Well anyway you cant let minor items stand in your way...so with a joke, a smile, and we will take care of Rocky mission accomplished and happy to say we have an A/O on the store....
Remind me to tell you next time about the goat in the basement...
