Bensalem township, Bucks County, Real estate market report, December 2012

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Bensalem township in December 2012.

I looked for residential listings sold in December . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 31  homes that settled in December 2012.

The average original list price was $ 237,441.

The average last list price was $231,141

The average sale price was $219,516

Highest sale price was $360,000

The lowest sale price was $37,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 70

The average settled price to original price ratio 92.09 %

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 94.94%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
