In 2007 there were 19 detached villa sales.  The average price of these solds was $1,620,526.00.  The least expensive detached villa that sold was $750,000.00.  Sand Pointe is an older detached villa, however it does have an in ground pool.  At $549,900.00I had an offer come in almost immediately.  Unfortunately the contract did get together.  I am receiving calls on this listing on a daily basis as this villa is not in condominium ownership but in single family ownership.  Anyone that has multiple pets needs single family ownership.  I am sure that this unit will sell quickly at this reduced price.  When 1000 Lambiance Circle #102 was reduced, it sold in a matter of days.  If sellers want to have their properties sold, the Naples market is all about price at the moment.
