They’re common in that television genre but even more so, it seems, when dealing with high-strung clients. Jaime, very interesting post.  As agents, I think and have come to believe that the majority of our job is to overcome objections and hesitations in the buying and selling process.  I am more convinced of it every day.

All good points Jaime, but I have also found that answering an objection without any hesitation whatsoever brings a great deal of trust and confindence from your seller.  Sometimes it's just a test, so you have to be ready.
