How to increase your REFERRAL on ACTIVE RAIN!

Eileen - I like to get a feel for the other person's personality and how they treat their clients.

Eileen-  Very good tips to stay active on AR.  There has been times where I was able refer out business  then there were times when searching some areas (counties) I saw profiles but nothing just a pic and name.   If one signs on to AR get active!  I learned the hard way when I went MIA for awhile but staying active pays off.  Congrats on your feature.

This is a well-comprehensive tips to be taken into consideration. The secret in AR is to blog daily and interact daily with other AR members. It will not only make you to be easily found, but it will also help you meet new friends and potential clients too. 

Eileen, I too have made referrals through the Active Rain system.  More often than not, I can find someone, but occasionally it's a bit slim.

Sometimes finding someone good is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Most do not have their own websites in my area but I do so someone finding me should be easy. Who refer to our past clients is a reflection on us.

Right on Eileen.  I've received 3 referrals in January from Active Rain members.  Post often, share important info, and be yourself.

It's amazing how many agents don't do any of these, at least not on a consistant basis.  It is absolutely critical to the business these days.

Eileen, these are great resources for ANYONE and ANYWHERE. I make it a point to visit all of my profiles on various websites (real estate and social media for example) to make sure that my content is current and that my profile information is all correct. It should not be any different here on Active Rain.

Eileen these are all great tips.  I'm particularly interested in seeing if somebody is blogging on a regular basis. If I don't see them active either here or in any other social media networks I agree with you that they are probably either way too busy for a referral work on a business.

You've provided some great advice. I'm beginning to put put emphasis on my blogging, especially when I see what comes up when I google my name. Its always a blog post!
