I keep reading over the rules for the Get Healthy in the Rain, Challenge Contest.
My Goal is is to loose one pound a week, by eating properly and exercising.
I started this about 3 weeks ago and at this point, I am still on track.
A nurse friend told me about a FREE website called.. http://www.MyFitnessPal.com and I have been tracking my progress on this website. It tracks my food and exercises. It is a great program that also lets you print out a diary each days activities and your meals. Lets you know if you have eaten enough calories or not.
I plan to be a new me in about 6 months.
My motivation for this is the fact that we are going on a Transatlantic Cruise in May and I want to be able to put on a bathing suit and enjoy the sun.. I certainly will not be at my goal...but I will feel better about ME...for ME...
