Go to your Quiet Place!
Wouldn't it be refreshing to literally have a physical "Quiet Place" you could drive to in your own neighborhood? Not everyone in Silicon Valley is so lucky to have a literal "Quiet Place" street, but I sure would love one.
This is not only a cool photograph-I love the ice & snow on the branches, but it also gives the feeling of a silent, peaceful spot in the world - a private "Quiet Place."
My sister, Kerri Thoreson, is a wonderful photographer and never without her camera when she is out and about. She captured this great street sign in her travels recently. When she posted it on her FaceBook wall she quipped, "Now when I feel the need to find my quiet place, I actually know where to find it!"
