Obviously the collage below is a spoof but notherners have apparently brought down some colder weather with them. It's going down to 39* tonight and then next week will be in the mid 60's to mid 70's. I have the heat on as I post this. By the time my daughter and Grandkids get here on March 11th, it should be back up into the 80's :-) We'll be going to Sea World and the Brevard Zoo and the kids are really excited! They want to go ziplining over the gators at the Zoo. On a positive note, the housing market is heating up in my area and prime canal homes are selling for a premium. We are actually seeing a decline in inventory with multiple offers on the table. Now is the time to make your move. Owning a piece of Florida Paradise has never been more affordable!
