I recently contacted an ActiveRain agent in Fayetteville North Carolina about a client who had transfer orders to Fort Bragg.
I took advantage of all the information I could gain from ActiveRain in my search. I found examples of;
- Her attitude and customer testimonials
- Her designations
- Her market and marketing
- Her companies standing and relocation program
You can't get this information by going to the CRS catalog or sending the referral through your office to an affiliate. I called three agents before making my decision. I would have never found this agent if it hadn't been for her profile and quick response to my client.
Lessons learned;
- Keep your profile current...
- Use the testimonial section to highlight your customer service...
- Respond quickly to voice mails from out of state area codes...
