"But I don't want to see that house"...Has that statement ever been made to you? I recently sold the perfect home to some wonderful clients - and it was exactly the house they didn't know they wanted.
Discussing the checklist of "must haves" and "would like to haves" this one didn't make the cut. Why? It was larger than they wanted, the style wasn't their taste, and they didn't care for the interior from the online photos. So why did I preview this house and present it to them to see? Because from the houses we had toured I knew they would love this neighborhood, I knew the photos were not doing justice to the true style of this custom beauty, and I knew that there were some wish list items that were important to them that this house had. So I advised them that they needed to see this house and their comment was "Okay Lisa, we don't think it's "it" but if you say we need to see it, then let's go see it".
So, what happened? SOLD, SOLD, SOLD!!!
