University West is an established mixed use neighborhood located in West Fairbanks. Bordered by the Mitchell Expressway/Parks Highway to the north, Chena Pump Road to the west, Chena Small Tracts to the south and the Chena River to the east, University West is an easy commute to the heart of Fairbanks. Originally platted in the early 1970's University West has become one of Fairbanks most popular subdivisions.
