Roger-I realized that if you ask and hand them the pen, they feel obligated to do something with the pen. Learned this when I got a listing and a few minutes later while I was wrapping It up I asked why they gave me the listing? And the said because I was the only one to ask for the listing after doing my presentation and he was sure what to do after I handed him the Pen.
