I usually do not start planning and promoting the Annual Woodranch Neighborhood Garage Sale until the middle or latter part of April but this year I have received a few curious calls already so I’ve decided to get the ball rolling. The Sale Date for 2013 is going to be Saturday the 20th of July from 8AM to 1PM. Flyers will be handed out at the entrance to the community while they last. The last two years have seen 600-800 flyers get distributed in the first hour.
This year is a big milestone in the history of the sale. For the last 25 YEARS it has been planned and organized by a local Realtor™. I have had the pleasure of handling the promotion for the prior two years and am ready to take on the task again this year. As with years past I will be using both print and social media to advertise the event. I would anticipate that there will be between 60-80 homes participating this year.
If you are a Seller just email me and let me know that you are participating. You can forward your highlighted items to me later up to 10 days before the sale.
