When the new year started, I went to Staples and bought a day planner to help me stay organized and during the week. I already have a contact management system and calendar in Outlook, but my laptop isn't always with me. On Sunday afternoon, I sit down and write out my action plan for the week. I begin by filling in my floor duty schedule, Model Home schedule and any pre-arranged appointments. Then I write down follow-up calls and e-mails that need to be made. Of course I have to prioritize my blogging and social networking and I finish with a schedule to prospect.
I have made a goal in 2007 to prospect more Expired's and FSBO's. Like Doug Beaver, I am falling short on the consistency scale. So, fellow Business Plan Groupies, my goal for this week is to contact at LEAST 4 of these homeowners. I need you to wave your magic wand and help me focus on this goal. Feel free to check in during the week to see how I'm doing or you can wait until I report in next weekend.
The moment of enlightenment is when a person's dreams of possibilities become images of probabilities. -Vic Braden
