Last weekend between appointments I had some fun taking my family out on the Spring Parade of Homes and Mills Farm in Overland Park was truly a standout! This subdivision of luxury homes has always been one to draw big crowds and the homes here rarely disappoint. The one thing you can be sure of, there are no cookie cutter homes here.
The star of the show has to be 16120 Lucille Street. Coming in at $2,000,000 it's currently the most expensive listing in Mills Farm and carries a lot of swagger to back it up. This Custom Tim Cunningham home is contemporary intertwined with classic and sits on a large corner lot that will overlook the coming neighborhood lake.
The infinity edge pool catches the eye as you turn off King onto W 161st Terrace. Stepping into this home is almost breathtaking. The huge skylight over the entry combined with a wall of windows on the back wall lights up the first floor extremely well.
