People always talk about adding LIFE to your years instead of just YEARS to your life. George Jones was one of those entertainers who added his life to ours and made it better in so, so many ways. We will miss you sorely. Throughout his hit filled career he traveled a rocky road at times. He had even feigned retirement in 2012 but had concerts scheduled through late 2013 at the time of his death on April 26th.
His voice and variety of emotions shared through his multitude of songs will never be forgotten or repeated for that matter. Here's one that he took to heart and lived it's lyrics throughout his later life in and of Country Music with superb entertainment included. Rest in Peace George!
