If you are into art, galleries, people watching, wine tasting, and just enjoying an evening of different views of beauty then this is the event for you.

You will have the opportunity to visit many studios and galleries and identify your favorites.

This Friday, May 3^rd from 6-9pm the Elder Gallery will have it’s grand opening to showcase the Carolina’s Got Art! Juried Show.

Per their presentation.. “this Friday will be a tremendous celebration of not only the Charlotte art community but North and South Carolina artists as well. The Elder Gallery will be hosting their opening reception and announcing the winners in the $15,000 prized Carolina’s Got Art! exhibition.”

This gallery showcases the fine works of artists from NC and SC. There have been so many great submissions that the show has been extended through June 1, 2013.

What a great evening to get out and meet and greet the artists from the area.
