Looking back at 2009 at Temecula home sales,  it's easy to see there was a vast amount of inventory of homes for sale in Temecula.  Temecula home prices in Temecula Neighborhoods, have risen steadily in the last four years with a few back steps now and then, but the biggest change is with Temecula Home inventory for sale.  

 

Temecula home inventory has been reduced steadily and supply is not meeting demand here in the Temecula Valley for home buyers.

What looks to be more than a 20% increase in pricing from this time last year is a big jump, definitely a good time for a Temecula home owner to think about selling.
