Being recruited

By
Real Estate Agent with Janisch & Co. 0396361

As you might guess, whenever one spends 35 years in any industry, there is a good chance you have experienced a variety of things.

I have also been affiliated with several different Real Estate Brokerages, in addition to spending many years on my own.

The advantages of being affiliated with other brokers in a team oriented situation far outweight the perks of running ones own shop.

We were pleased to be invited to interview with one of the larger brokerages.  It was truly eye opening to see how much technology there is to be shared.

Ralph is very technology savvy and even he was amazed at what we have been missing in working for ourselves the last ten years!

We still have hoops and hurdles to get through before we can get our Colorado licenses back.  When we do, we will be affiliating.  It promises to be challenging and exciting.

WELCOME TO COLORADO!!!

Good luck with the move. Are you having to take any classes to get your license here in Colorado? I wish you the best on your office selection. I had to be in four offices before I finally found a home.

Hi Debbie, No we just have to take the state portion of the test again. (Drat). We let our license expire in 2008 because we didn't think we were coming back. Because we were active Brokers in Texas no update classes were necessary. But we are big believers in education so we will begin taking classes anyway as soon as they come available in the area. It's fabulous to be back in Colorado!!!!!

Jeanne &Ralph, so glad to learn that you made it Colorado safely. Sorry I've been a bit non-active for awhile. Good luck with test. Relish the spotlight of being recruited. I am sure that you will make good decision.
