In my first attempts to begin blogging, I took on the experience by doing something that I enjoy, sharing my hometown with the world! I was able to blog not only about my hometown, but about the many different kitchens in our local community that provide their touch of finesse to the meals that they prepare.
I would only write about local restaurants that provided consistant flavors in their meals, greeted and provided a pleasant patron experience and could bring their plates to life by ensuring their meals showcased who they were. I tried to capture that in each of the write up's that I blogged about, and I was very happy to see some of you agreed!
I never expected to get responses from fellow Active Rain and Rain Makers on here, it was a very refreshing feeling. I am no writer, but I try to get as creative as I can so to help the readers eyes and imagination bounce to the next word on the screen.
Thanks for letting me share both the attributes of my community, Yuma, Az. and that of the chef's who help make Yuma, Az. a place to find great meals.
I will continue to work on topics that are easy to read, and reflect who I am, so that my blog can help take on a Welcome Home Yuma kind of personality.
