I'm overwhelmed with technology, I try to maintain about 5 different blogs. AR is by far the most successful and the most visible online. I maintain at least 6 websites. I have three computers, a smart phone, several types of GPS devices, the list goes on.
Sometimes I long for the days when we just cold called and knocked on doors.
This week I made two trips to Belton, MO I took hundreds of pictures and had this great marketing plan for selling some new Belton, MO commercial real estate listings. I was going to flood the Internet with ads and information. I had neighborhood pictures, building pictures, interior, human interest, kids on bikes... I was going to show the whole world why they should invest in Belton, MO real estate. I was going to post to the Heartland MLS, www.loopnet.com, Craigslist, Backpage, Google Base, Costar, Xcelligent, Toalcommercial, the list goes on.
I sat down with my two digital cameras and removed the tiny little cards that hold all my precious data. I fired up my laptop and plugged them in..... Nothing, Nada, zip, zero! Not one darn picture would transfer or even show up. Oh I managed to get a few pics from other places I scored some great pics by searching Google Images like some of the local historic train system that still gives pleasure rides in Belton. 
I found some great pics of the local car club. 
I even got some pics of local buildings, like the really cool old drug store and ice cream parlor. 
But as for the Belton commercial real estate I just listed, nothing, not a darn photo.
So any way if it's a commercial property in Belton your looking for you will have to check my other listings and other blogs I hope to have the pictures tomorrow.
