My very public quest to lose 15 pounds day 1

I have been trying to lose 15 pounds for 2 months.  I work out almost everyday; Monday through Saturday is boot-camp at 5:30 in the morning and Sunday is Yoga at 10:00am.  This still has not provided the success necessary.  I have noticed that my body is firmer- but this has not lead to any weight lose.

You ask why am I blogging about this?  I think that if I have some additional accountability- my readers...  I will be less apt to cheat on the diet.

Wish me luck and if you would like to follow my progress- subscribe to my blog;)

Day 1: Wednesday May 22,2013

Boot-camp 1 hour; 350 calories burned.

Breakfast: scrambled egg with 1/2 avocado.

Coffee: 4/5 is caffeine free

Snack: Banana

Lunch: peanut butter and jam (I know that this is not the healthiest- but I have been told that something is better than nothing...  and I would not have eaten if I it wasn't a PBJ).

Snack: apple

Dinner: half a portion of Salmon, chicken quesadilla and corn.

Drank all 8 cups of water

I think this is off to a good start!

Clearly you're consuming a sufficient number of calories to maintain your weight.

Seems to me that

Exercise is for fitness.

Diet is for weight control.

GEEZ!  That obnoxious Lenn is regurgitating the same stuff again.

Good morning Lenn!

My trainer has made it clear that I am not losing weight because I am not eating enough- so now I am working on eating 1200 calories a day;)  I pretty much hit it on the button.  If I can just keep it going then hopefully I will be successful!

Did you do it?  I can't diet, but according to the dr.  I am at an optimum weight, although like most women, I would like to take my hips and shrink them!
