vYou also want to take a look at the outside of the home. Is it a jungle out there? Pruning, planting and mulching are critical to the outside appearance of a home. It’s what draws potential buyers to the front door because they want to see more; the outside should be fabulous.
What great features of the home will make it stand out from the competition? This is what you want to capture when you stage. Have you defined the purpose of each room in the house? Is every nook and cranny spotless? Has the house been aired out to eliminate all the construction and paint odors? Have you taken professional quality photos to upload to the internet?
