Being a some time, other time, part time agent just isn't for me.
My broker and I were talking about work ethics and staying the course. He began to describe how some agents will close a file and take a month or two off before returning to real estate. Some only work one transaction at a time and hey, it's their business and ok if it works for them.
I personally would become complacent from the detachment, time and again. I like to keep momentum through my days. It is what drives me to my office and pushes me to call past and present clients on a regular basis. Being a some time, other time, part time agent just isn't for me.
The beauty of our industry is that we can dictate our own schedules, business models and are in charge of our own successes! I love what I do!
