Camden Lakes north Naples newest single-family gated community
The newest single-family home community in the Naples area by Pulte Homes. Well under way, Camden Lakes is now available for pre-sale homesite reservation until June 23rd and general sales will begin on July 1, 2013.
Not Your Typical Naples Area Style...deviating from traditional southwest Florida architecture and Tuscan inspired communities, Camden Lakes will offer homes with a 'unique European Manor style architecture and design.' Several models will feature a covered veranda at the front of the home and roof dormers.
Camden Lakes is located in north Naples, will have only 150 homesites, and boasts natural gas service for cooking and swimming pool heating.
