This is a great time to put your house on the market because the grass is green, kids are out of school for the summer, flowers are in bloom; many have trimmed their trees. Your neighborhood looks better today than it will when the grass turns brown in the Fall. On the home looking to list with you. If there are ones that seem they may need a little more maintenance to be presentable. have a "Pre Listing inspection" this way the home could be made "Move in ready" and the buyers will be at ease.
